ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Alkimist Ambassador Program is a 12-week program designed for Alkimia's alumni who want to keep growing, connecting, and making an impact.
We will work together actively to achieve Alkimia’s vision, to help individuals transform so that we can transform the world. For good.
You will join a free program, contribute to projects that shape and support the Alkimist community. In return, with coaching, mentorship and real-time collaboration, we’ll help you achieve some 3P growth: Professional, Practical and Personal.
It’s a hands-on opportunity to contribute to live Alkimist community projects, collaborate with peers, and strengthen your skills in experience and learning design, as well as community building.
You’ll choose one project to collaborate on during the program. Possible projects to choose from include:
Alkimist Awards: Using Kaospilot tools to design and test a recognition and celebration program for our awesome alumni
Alkimist profiles: Connect with individual alumni, gather and share their stories of learning and impact
Alkimist Experiences: Using Kaospilot tools to design and test meaningful alumni experiences
Alkimist Community Ops: Explore possibilities to use tech and AI tools to help the community connect and collaborate for more learning and impact
Cohort Champions: Help Masterclass cohorts to reconnect with each other, their purpose and possibilities to reignite their collaboration
Alkimist White Paper: Co-author a report that draws on the experiences and insights of the Alkimist community about how to best catalyse the transformational learning and change the world needs
It’s an exciting time to join the inaugural Ambassador program. This year we will welcome our 25th cohort and the 500th member into our community of Alkimists
This program is free to join and designed around real contribution and mutual growth. You’ll get back what you put in.
