We help develop people's capacity to care, connect, collaborate and create new solutions for positive change, whoever and wherever they are, and whatever they do.

We do this in the way of the alchemists - combining and transforming unique individual elements into something new, more powerful and valuable.

We help our clients develop future-proof mindsets and capabilities that accelerate team learning, performance, innovation and impact.

We design and deliver transformative learning experiences and tools, change initiatives and co-creation processes.

We do this in a way that embraces diversity and is strengths-based, experiential, inclusive, human-centred and playful.

Who is Alkimia?

Founded in Melbourne in late 2017, Alkimia is starting small, but our dreams are big! Our co-founders between them have more than 30 years of experience in more than 30 countries to draw on, and we look forward to partnering with other professionals who share our vision for a world that is filled with more learning, collaboration and positive impact. I am a learning designer, facilitator and strategy consultant with a passion for developing people and organizations. My purpose is to help people, teams, and organisations build the capability to become fuller and more vibrant versions of themselves—so they can constantly transform, and have a positive impact in the world.

For over 15 years, I have worked with executive teams and leaders at multinational companies, global third sector organizations and top universities around the world. My focus has been on delivering transformational human capital strategy, leadership development, organisational change, diverse and inclusive workplaces and design thinking alongside leaders tackling the toughest issues of our time—education, diversity, health care, energy, and environmental sustainability.

Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in the USA, I graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and completed an International MBA at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. I trained in Design Thinking at the University of Virginia and I am a certified Kaospilot Learning Design Agency facilitator. In 2010, I co-founded Emzingo, which is a Certified B-Corporation working with purpose-driven leaders, teams and organizations to drive innovation, inspire responsible leadership, and connect business performance to social and environmental impact.

After living and working in North America, Europe, Africa and South America, I moved to Melbourne in August, 2017, where I co-founded Alkimia. If you'd like to know more, please see my LinkedIn profile and reach out.
